In response to the overwhelming uptake of the Total Business Cap for small and medium businesses, Optus have announced they are extending the Total Business Cap to now include fixed voice, internet, wireless broadband and mobile services under one plan, on one bill.
According to Phil Offer, Marketing Director, Optus Small and Medium Business (SMB), the Total Business Cap provides “a simple solution that can help our SMB customers save time and money, while offering flexibility with the types and number of services they have now and in the future.”
Offer believes that in such tough economic times, many small businesses are facing a slowdown in sales and tight cash flows and are looking for value in regards to their telco spend.
“We are simplifying plans for small business to support their success. With Total Business Cap customers have the freedom whether they are in the office or out visiting their customers and suppliers, they are covered under the one plan,” Mr Offer said.
