Anytime Fitness Australia franchisee Steve Rollings has helped the company reach a milestone, by opening its 100th club in Thornton, NSW on 1 October.
Rollings ownerships has grown to eight clubs in just under three years and has another opening in February 2012. As a multi-unit owner, he is not a stranger to the benefits of being a franchise owner for Anytime Fitness.
“I chose Anytime Fitness nearly three years ago because of it’s unique ability to allow me to run multiple Anytime businesses ‘remotely’. This gave me the capacity to create a fantastic income and lifestyle,” he said.
Since the Australian launch of the successful US franchise, the Australian clubs have become the quickest growing segment of the fitness chain.
“We offer the franchisees the freedom to operate their business to suit their lifestyles, freedom to grow within the system, and the freedom that comes with knowing they have the support, product development and backup of the world’s fastest growing fitness club franchise,” he said.
According to McDonell, the freedom the company provides for franchise owners sets it apart from competitors. This 100th club is viewed as a milestone as it brings the company closer to its goal of 300 clubs in Australia.
