ANZA Technology Network has launched its 2010 Gateway to the US program with a series of free ‘webinars’ for Australian entrepreneurs and SME owners.
The online service is a great opportunity for businesses looking to break into the difficult American market in the not-too-distant future.
The series of three online seminars begin on the 13th of July with a study on the myths and realities of expanding into the US.
The following seminar on the 21st of July focuses on getting a clearer picture of the US market, before the series concludes on the 27th with an exposition of funding and investment.
All three begin at 11am and run for approximately one hour, with speakers including CEO of Commercialisation Australia Doron Ben-Meir and Managing Director of Southern Cross Venture Partners Dr. Larry Marshall.
“These webinars will be fast-paced, fact-filled and address many of the myths and misunderstandings about the US market. There will be plenty of time for audience questions,” said Viki Forrest, CEO ANZA Technology Network, who will moderate the webinars.
“Australia is a world leader in innovation. Our network of American investors and technology executives know how to work with Australians to bring those innovations to the global marketplace. Our webinars will put a lot of the information Australians have heard about US business opportunities into perspective with some great case studies to help entrepreneurs and CEOs make an informed decision about expanding into the US market.”
