Fifth Quadrant was named the winner of the Telstra NSW Business of the Year Award and the Medium Business Award this week.
The organisation works in customer experience strategy, design, and research and analysis across a variety of channels.
Dr Catriona Wallace, CEO of Fifth Quadrant, believes the company won the awards because of their focus on innovation and involvement in its industry and the community.
“Winning these awards recognises the exceptionally talented team that we have in place, our deep category expertise, and our significant innovations. We also have a culture that embraces strong women leaders, diversity, philanthropy, and creativity,” she said.
Fifth Quadrant has seen 30 per cent growth year-on-year for the past five years.
“The growing focus among Australian business on customer experience has been a key reason for our accelerated growth,” Wallace said.
“Organisations must now develop customer experience as a strategy and not consider it an operational cost as in the past. Really, there is only customer experience and all other strategies should come second,” Wallace added.
Fifth Quadrant will now take part in the national business awards in August.
