Ticket registration is now open for the 2011 Premier’s NSW Export Awards, the state’s largest export event which will be attended by guest of honour and New South Wales Premier Barry O’Farrell.
Run by the board of the Australian Institute of Export (AIEX) and NSW Trade and Investment, the awards will take place on Thursday 20 October, from 5.30pm.
Individual tickets are available at a cost of $175 per person, whilst a table of ten costs $1,650. The ticket price includes free transportation to the venue, Le Montage in Lilyfield, as well as a three-course meal and beverages. Dress code is lounge suit/cocktail.
The 2011 finalists have been judged based on their ability to develop a profit from their export sales as well as on the sustainability of their business. Other factors taken into consideration include sound marketing strategy, innovation and good business practices.
Organisers say the nominated businesses “have faced strong competition, a difficult business environment and a rising dollar and have successfully emerged as a finalist in the NSW Export Awards.”
