A new service is here to help – Employment Hero has launched 10,000 Answers, a free online advice and resource centre to help keep small business owners in the know.
Ben Thompson, CEO of Employment Hero, said that the site will help SMBs navigate Australia’s employment landscape, one of the most complex systems in the world.
“SME businesses are the backbone of the Australian economy, but with limited funds and resources they need our support. We wanted to take some of the pressure off and provide business employers with the information they need so they could concentrate on running their business,” Thompson said.
Users can search for answers on a variety of different categories like superannuation, termination, contracts, and leave. If they can’t find the relevant information, users can submit their own questions.
Questions are answered by a team of specialists including employment lawyers, HR specialists, payroll, and safety experts. Answers are both emailed to requesting users and posted on the site.
“The Australian SME business owner is the real hero today. Our goal is to make their lives easier. We hope to ease their burden and strengthen the community by sharing this knowledge and giving them greater peace of mind,” Thompson said.
